MODERN-DAY DA VINCI GIVES LECTURE AT PERTH


A 94-year-old American, who has been referred to as a modern-day Leonardo Da Vinci, will give a lecture at Murdoch University this week on sustainable solutions to the worlds energy resource predicament.

Jacque Fresco an inventor, industrial designer, author and social engineer will appear at the university with his partner and colleague Roxanne Meadows to discuss their work on the Venus Project.

The project is a not-for-profit organization established with the aim of coming up with healthier natural energy means and introducing new approaches to the way people live their lives.

Tickets are $30 each for the lecture.

It will be held at Murdochs ECL1 Lecture Theatre from 7pm on Thursday.
